LV2 Partners was formed with the purpose of using the Partners’ leadership and vision to create value in both the businesses it serves and the businesses it acquires.  Two companies were formed with the same mission but with two distinct purposes.

LV2 Equity Partners, LLC is a private equity firm whose objective is to acquire controlling interest in niche manufacturers, value-added distributors and specialty service companies.  Our goal is to utilize our leadership, vision and business skills to create superior returns in each business within our portfolio.

LV2 Strategic Partners, LLC is a consulting firm that strives to create value in the businesses that it serves by driving business excellence in financial management, operations management, strategic planning, sales & marketing strategy and program/project management.
