companies typically have revenues between $1 million and
$25 million. Companies significantly larger may be considered.
PROFITABILITY – Profitability
is preferred, but not essential. Key strengths of LV2 Equity
Partners are the ability to improve operating performance
and to develop a sound financial plan.
TRANSACTION SIZE – Total
transaction size generally ranges between $500,000 and $20
million. LV2 Equity Partners will sponsor larger transactions
by co-investing with other investor groups.
CONTROL –
LV2 Equity Partners requires controlling interest in invested
companies.
LOCATION
– Company headquarters and the majority of operations
should be located in the United States.
