LV2 Strategic Partners strives to enhance the value of the businesses it serves by driving business management excellence.  Through the achievement of business management excellence, a company can realize its maximum value in terms of return on equity.  Simply stated – for every dollar invested, a multiple of that dollar is continually returned.  True business management excellence can become a sustainable competitive advantage for a business and leads to the creation of wealth for its owners and shareholders.  A sustainable competitive advantage means the opportunity for superior, sustainable financial results over a long period of time.  LV2 Strategic Partners utilizes its business leadership, management skills and vision for growth to create value in each company it serves.

OUR APPROACH

In all of our engagements, LV2 Strategic Partners targets improvement in three key value optimizers: Profit Margin, Asset Turnover and Financial Leverage.  Improving the value optimizers increases the value of the business.  We work with management to implement the most critical or beneficial value drivers (initiatives).  The value drivers improve a value optimizer (Profit Margin, Asset Turnover, Financial Leverage) which in turn improves the value of the business.  Incorporated into our solutions are financial and non-financial feedback systems designed to tell whether or not the business is on the right road to value creation.  More specifically, we seek to identify, monitor and help improve Key Performance Indicators relating to the four primary areas of business activity – Strategy, Marketing/Sales, Operations and Finance.
