MICHAEL J. FLINT, SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mike is an executive with strong leadership skills and extensive manufacturing management experience. He has held leadership positions of President and Vice President in companies with revenues of $80 million to $250 million. He has demonstrated the ability to increase profits while leading and driving continuous improvement throughout an organization. Mike holds a MBA from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan.

JOHN C. POLLOCK, MANAGING DIRECTOR

John is a finance executive with extensive experience in all facets of commercial lending and leveraged finance.  He has held banking positions in business development, credit underwriting, and risk and portfolio management.  Prior to joining LV2, he served as Senior Vice President for a Midwest based bank and was responsible for managing the marketing function of its asset based lending group.  John holds an MBA from the University of Dayton where he graduated with honors, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.
